Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Schema SEO Markup("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of schemaseomarkup.com and app.schemaseomarkup.com.

Description of Service

Schema SEO Markup is an AI-powered platform that generates Schema.org JSON-LD structured data from web page URLs. The Service reads your pages, produces optimized JSON-LD markup, and validates the output against Schema.org specifications.

The Service is provided through a credit-based system. See our pricing page for current plans and credit details.

Account Terms

  • You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to process web pages you do not own or have permission to analyze
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit allowances, or other usage restrictions
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models behind the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it

Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based billing model. Each credit allows you to process one URL. Paid plan credits reset monthly and do not roll over to the next billing period.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency and amount specified on our pricing page. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the application dashboard.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a service issue, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

Intellectual Property

Your content. The JSON-LD structured data generated by the Service for your URLs belongs to you. You have full rights to use, modify, and deploy the generated output on your websites.

Our platform. The Service itself — including the AI platform, algorithms, user interface, branding, and documentation — is our intellectual property. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our underlying technology.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The generated JSON-LD will be error-free in every case
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or secure at all times
  • Using the generated structured data will improve your search rankings (search engine behavior is outside our control)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schema SEO Markup and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time from the application dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Any JSON-LD output you have already generated and deployed remains yours.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is based. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
